Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders follow the estimated dispatch window shown on the product page. The in-stock processing timeframe above does not apply to pre-orders. Delivery takes place after dispatch and depends on the carrier; an estimated dispatch date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
UK Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom and primarily ship within the UK.
UK delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
For delivery outside the UK, check available destinations and delivery charges at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your address, contact VELLURE before ordering.
Free UK delivery applies automatically to orders of £100 or more. Below £100, delivery charges are shown at checkout.
